Featured Artists : Teoman More Turkish rock than pop, Teoman's songs are darker than your average pop song about love or missing somebody -- he writes about suicide, loves that haven't worked, everything being all in pieces (Paramparça). Definitely more angsty, but not over-done. Teoman's got style and sings all kinds of songs, not limiting himself to just the dark and desolate. I like Teoman; he's got style. There's not much other way to explain it other than he definitely has his own style. He's written some great songs that have been recorded by other Turkish artists. He's got the rock attitude with the bit of angst, but he doesn't limit himself to only that. Some of his songs are more techno than rock, others are sad, and others playful. His voice is also very different. I personally like it. It's not downright gorgeous like Tarkan's voice but it's got an appeal of something else. It's got style. When you hear his song on the radio, you'll know it's Teoman because he's so distinct. Short Song Clips
